Every once in awhile Jim gets out for a little socializing.  Here Jim is with Wyoming's Governor, Dave Freudenthal, and his longtime friends; Kelly Punteney, (next to Jim.  Kelly is a local trail guru and high school buddy of the Gov.) and Janet Phelp, (left) wife of Wyoming State Rep. Frank Phelp (another high school buddy of the Gov).
