Gas efficiency is something we want for our vehicles. We all want to get farther for less expense but now fuel efficiencies, combined with a tighter overall economy, mean that our state is collecting fewer dollars needed for funding transporatation improvements.
Jim and his colleagues propose a different scenario that lifts some of the burden from the backs of local drivers.
